President’s Message
Greetings MeHIMA Members and happy spring to you all!
By now you may have seen our email notifications regarding the tri-state conference being held on May 15th and 16th in Meredith New Hampshire. This conference will mark our very first in-person conference since the pandemic. We are very excited to see everyone! We are offering two tracks on the first day. One track is a general session with a coding track. Two of the coding sessions will be actual hands-on coding and is being presented by Lynn Kuehn and Gina Hobert. For the general session, we will be offering topics such as protecting PHI in cybersecurity and updates from the Sequoia project regarding Information Blocking. You will have the opportunity to earn as many as 9.5 CEs!
In addition to this wonderful education, we will also have a meet and greet on the Mount Washington cruise ship on lake Winnipesaukee, that will be held on Monday the 15th.
We would LOVE to see all of our wonderful members come join us in May!
