2019 MeHIMA Annual Conference – Vendor Agreement Contract
I am excited to be able to announce that we will be able to accommodate 14 vendors at this year’s MeHIMA Annual Conference in Augusta, Maine at the Augusta Civic Center on Thursday, June 13th and Friday, June 14th.

If interested, please complete the vendor agreement contract and e-mail it as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mail the payment to Cindy Greathouse, the MeHIMA Treasurer, at the address on the form.
This will be on a first come, first serve basis, so we will sign-up the first 14 vendors who send in the completed form (and payment).
The deadline to submit the form is May 31, 2019.
