Due to the excitement of our members, we anticipate over 100 Health Information Management Professionals from all areas of Maine. This is an exciting time in the Health Information field. Please join us so we can see what your company has to offer our HIM Professionals.

We invite vendors to participate at many different levels, giving you more options to actively interact with our Maine HIM Professionals. You can set up tables for exhibits and have time designated exclusively for our members to view your products. You can join our members for the Breakfast with the Vendors session. This session is an excellent time for you to get to know some of the HIM Professionals in the State of Maine.

Booth Rental

$450.00 for standard booth space.

Standard booth rental includes:

  • One (1) 6’ draped exhibit table. (Please let me know if you need an 8’ table)

  • Name badges for representatives listed on the registration form

  • One (1) ticket to our Continental Breakfast,  day 1

  • One (1) ticket for our Luncheon day 1

  • One (1) ticket to our Breakfast Buffet day 2

  • One (1) ticket to the Luncheon day 2

  • Listing in the MeHIMA brochure and itinerary (our conference program)

  • Countless hours of fun!

Additional meal tickets can be purchased for $45 (includes continental breakfast, AM break, lunch buffet, PM break).

MeHIMA will be providing each participant with a “welcome gift” at the time of registration. This bag typically includes pens, pencils, post-it notes, candy, etc. If you would like to contribute “giveaways” for this treat to our members, please let us know.

Appropriate attire for Monday is business, business casual or theme-appropriate costume. As a benefit to our participants, attire for Tuesday is casual (with discretion of course).

In addition to participating in the exhibits, consider highlighting your involvement in the Annual Conference by sponsoring an event, meal or break. As a participating sponsor, you will receive the following:

  • “Honorable mention” of your sponsorship during the special luncheon banquet

  • Signage at the sponsored event

    Sponsorships are available in a variety of levels and enable us to offer an attractive registration fee to our attendees thereby ensuring a greater turnout of potential customers for you. Everyone wins with sponsorship!

There are several ways that your sponsorship money can be applied. Please contact Linda Pooler, RHIT at 207-263-6765 or Dawn Carrero, RHIT for suggestions. We are looking to cover expenses related to coffee breaks, welcome gift(s), conference totes, special banquet luncheon, etc. but can apply your sponsorship in any manner that you request (providing that someone else hasn’t already offered). We sincerely thank you for any assistance that you can provide.

Non-Participation Sponsorship

Unable to join us for the Annual Conference, but still want to show your appreciation to your existing customers (or make a positive impression on potential new customers)? Consider a Non-participating Sponsorship. In exchange for your sponsorship (minimum of $300.00), MeHIMA will provide the following:

  • Space in our Hospitality Area to display literature and/or brochures on your products and/or services

  • Distribution of your “giveaways” displaying your company’s name or product

  • Special recognition in the MeHIMA brochure and itinerary (our conference program)

  • “Honorable mention” of your sponsorship during the special luncheon banquet

  • Signage at the sponsored event


Advertising

$75.00 for a 1/2 page

Catch the attention of your existing and future customers by publicizing your products and/or services in the MeHIMA brochure and itinerary. This program will be distributed to all participants at the time of registration. Camera-ready ad copy for the program must be received (with payment) by MeHIMA Program Committee no later than May 11th. Please note that this ad is in addition to the general description of services included in your booth rental or Non-participating Sponsor fee.
